Ordered the wrong size? No problem — we offer easy size exchanges on all non-customized products within 7 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order number and the size you need. You ship the product back to us (courier charges apply), and we'll send the new size to you free of charge. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
Customized Products
Each customized jersey is printed exclusively for you with your chosen name, number and logo — which is why custom products can't be returned or exchanged. To make sure you love what arrives:
- Double-check your size against our size chart before ordering (when in doubt between two sizes, go one size up)
- Review your name spelling and number carefully — we print exactly what you enter
- Still unsure about sizing? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll help you choose
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error on our side, we'll replace it free of cost — just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
