Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Welcome to Sheinic.com, an online store for customised and personalised athleisure, activewear, sportswear and apparel, operated by Sheinic India Private Limited. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers to do the same. This policy sets out the responsibilities of our customers and our role in protecting intellectual property rights.

1. Customer responsibility for uploaded designs

By uploading any artwork, logo, image or design to Sheinic.com for a customised product, you (the customer) acknowledge and affirm that:

You own the rights to, or have obtained permission to use, the content you upload.
Your uploaded content does not infringe the intellectual property rights (including copyrights and trademarks) of any third party.
You assume full responsibility for any legal consequences or claims that may arise from using, copying, distributing or altering intellectual property belonging to others.

2. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sheinic India Private Limited, its employees, affiliates and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from:

Any breach of the representations and warranties set out above.
Any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property infringement claim arising from the designs you upload to Sheinic.com.

3. No pre-screening of content

Sheinic India Private Limited does not pre-screen, review or verify the legality of designs, images or content uploaded by customers. We provide a platform for printing and customising products and are not responsible for ensuring that your uploaded designs comply with intellectual property laws.

As a customer, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any copyright, trademark or other legal right of any third party.

4. Reporting an infringement

If you are a rights holder and believe that your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property has been used without authorisation in any product or content on Sheinic.com, please send us a notice of infringement containing:

A description of the copyrighted work or trademark allegedly infringed.
A description of the infringing content, including product or order details where available.
Your contact information (name, address, email and phone number).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or an authorised agent.

Please send your notice to markets@sheinic.com. We will review your claim promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the content concerned.

5. Right to refuse service

Sheinic India Private Limited reserves the right to refuse to print any design or content that we suspect might infringe intellectual property rights, or that we consider unlawful, harmful or inappropriate, at our sole discretion. We may cancel or decline such orders without prior notice.

6. Limited licence to use uploaded content

By uploading content to Sheinic.com, you grant Sheinic India Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and print your uploaded designs solely for the purpose of manufacturing and fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your designs, and this licence is limited to the rights necessary to produce your custom products.

7. Scope

This policy applies to all customers and users of Sheinic.com who use our customisation services. We recommend that customers check the legality of any third-party design before uploading it for print.
